HardHat Line SMS Program Terms & Conditions
The rules for the text messages HardHat Line sends on behalf of the trade business you called.
What this program is
HardHat Lineis a missed-call recovery SMS program used by trade businesses (plumbers, electricians, roofers, locksmiths, HVAC, general contractors, and similar). When you call a business that uses HardHat Line and the call is missed, we text you back on the business’s behalf within seconds. From there the program can:
- Relay a two-way text conversation between you and the business
- Send you a link to book a time on the business’s calendar
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders
- Send one review request after a job is marked complete
- Send the business owner a weekly summary of their missed-call activity
This program is not a mailing list. It exists to help the business get back to you.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the business you called. A typical exchange is a handful of texts around one missed call and, if the job goes ahead, a booking confirmation and a single post-job review request.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your plan with your wireless carrier.
Opt out or get help, any time
Text STOP to opt out at any time.
Text HELP for help, or contact support at support@hardhatline.com.
Opting out stops all future texts from that conversation thread. Standard carrier opt-out and help handling applies.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. HardHat Line and the business relying on it do their best to get texts to you promptly, but delivery depends on wireless carriers and networks outside our control.

General service terms
Businesses that subscribe to HardHat Line do so month-to-month, with no long-term contract, and can cancel any time. If you’re the business owner, your account is governed by your service agreement with Aentic LLC, not this page — this page covers the SMS program as experienced by the people who text your business number.
